THE GOAL - BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.

The short, medium and long term business objectives will define the approach to digital transformation. OAS will engage with senior management to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business objectives in order to develop a road map for the digital transformation journey. This will ultimately determine the solutions and tools required in meeting the objectives and will have a direct impact on the business processes and organizational culture.

 

CREATION AND DESIGN - THE BUSINESS PROCESS

To develop a transformation strategy, a good understanding of the business process is imperative. Understanding the impact that digital transformation will have on business processes, services and policies & procedures can highlight how to leverage the current skills, successes and opportunities of company's team. In developing a digital transformation strategy OAS, working with the organization's management, will do an audit of the IT Infrastructure and examine how it relates to the overall business processes. Thus allowing for the design of the transformation strategy to either align with the current systems already in place or high light possible changes in order to fulfill the overall Business Objectives.

 

IMPLEMENTATION, DEPLOYMENT AND ADOPTION - THE BUSINESS CULTURE

Any digital transformation plan will ultimately impact on the organizational culture. Implementation and deployment are relatively easy steps in the journey however adoption by the all stakeholders within the organisation can be challenging. OAS can assist management in adoption process via the OAS Managed Services (OASMaas) products. OASMaas offer a variety of additional services such as employee adoption rate - high lightening areas of resistance, 24/7 network monitoring and troubleshooting, employee assistance and training of the new technologies. OAS, in addition, will take on the role of the First Tier solution provider, vetting all additional software from 3rd party vendors to ensure that the products are compatible with the Architecture, meet the required security protocols and report on the viability of implementing additional software.
