• When will the new licensing options be available?

The new subscriptions were released on March 4, 2024. Please contact OAS to determine the best for the organization.

• Am I eligible for the Citrix Platform License or the Universal Hybrid-Multi Cloud License?

Citrix Universal Hybrid-Multi Cloud subscription licenses are available for environments with 250 users or more. The Citrix Platform License is by invitation only. 

• Can I purchase Citrix Analytics, uberAgent, and Citrix Secure Private Access (SPA) as standalone products?

Citrix Analytics and SPA ceased standalone offerings on December 6, 2023, and can be renewed until December 2024. uberAgent maintenance renewal is exclusive to current customers.
